The Earthbound Chronicles — Where We Are Now (And When You Can Read It)

I’ve been getting a lot of questions lately about The Earthbound Chronicles: Volume 1, so I wanted to sit down and give you a real, honest update straight from me to you.

The short answer? The book is finished. Fully written. Done-done.

The slightly longer answer?

Right now, I’m in a really exciting (and slightly nerve-wracking) place. I’m currently negotiating a potential contract with a publisher, and I also still have around twenty queries out with literary agents that I’m waiting to hear back from. So things are very much in motion behind the scenes.

What that means for release timing is… a little uncertain.

If I move forward with a publishing contract or receive a positive offer from an agent, the release timeline will depend entirely on that partnership and their schedule. In that case, I won’t have a confirmed public release date yet.

However—if I decide not to move forward with a contract, or if I don’t end up taking an agent offer—I am currently planning to self-publish The Earthbound Chronicles: Volume 1 in November 2026.

Either way, I promise you this: this book will be released. It’s not a question of if, only when.

And the good news? Everything on the creative side is already moving forward. Volume 1 is complete, and I’ve already started Volume 2 (I’m currently about five chapters in 👀). I’m also working on another project—a vampire romance that has been living rent-free in my brain.

For distribution, the plan is to make The Earthbound Chronicles available widely, including major platforms like Amazon and Barnes & Noble. Lulu will be my primary distributor, and I’ll also be selling directly through my website once the store integration is live. (And just so you know—buying directly through Lulu or my website gives me the highest royalty support as an independent author.)

I know this isn’t a clean “book releases on X date” announcement—and I wish I could give you that certainty right now—but I also want to be transparent with you about where things actually stand. This book means everything to me, and I want to make sure it reaches readers in the right way, at the right time.
